Hi, I’m Hettie 

I am the Executive Researcher specialising within Lloyd’s of London and London Market insurance, with a focus on IT, transformation, and technology leadership.

Supporting Executive Search mandates through in-depth market research, talent intelligence, and the integration of AI-driven tools to enhance strategic insight and delivery. Developing sector expertise to provide high-level analysis that informs C-suite engagement, succession planning, and long-term leadership strategy.

My Background 

Hailing from Cornwall, I moved to London to study and recently graduated from UCL with a degree in French and Arabic. I began my career at Pioneer Search, where I support Executive Search mandates through market research, talent intelligence, and the integration of AI-driven tools. 

Why I joined Pioneer
Joining Pioneer was a no-brainer. Whilst I was planning what the next steps would look like for me after graduating, I knew I wanted to join an organisation where development was the key focus, which is exactly what Pioneer was. I am excited to continue to learn from an agency that has such a level of expertise in the field. 

Outside of work

You’ll probably find me on a run, reading a book or cooking for anyone that walks through my door.
