Delivery Manager - Reinsurance
6-Month Contract | £650 per day | Inside IR35 | London / Hybrid

A leading Specialty Insurer is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to take ownership of key Reinsurance initiatives, driving delivery across high-impact projects already underway. You'll ensure seamless execution, including a placing platform integration into Open Twins, while also overseeing ongoing BAU operations, delivery timelines, budgets, & technical risks in collaboration with engineering leads. This role will also include some evening hours to support US-based teams.

You'll work across global teams & engage directly with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery success. Experience within the London Market & Specialty Insurance space is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of reinsurance projects, including placing platform integration into Open Twins
• Oversee ongoing BAU operations, delivery timelines, & budgets
• Coordinate with engineering leads on technical debt remediation
• Engage & manage senior stakeholders across global teams
• Provide delivery assurance & maintain governance across projects

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in London Market or Specialty Insurance (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of Global Reinsurance processes & systems
• Experience delivering system integrations & complex change programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Flexibility to work some evening hours supporting US-based teams
