About the Client

Our client is a leading specialist insurer undergoing a significant business & technology transformation. With multiple strategic initiatives running in parallel, they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of several high-profile change programmes across the organisation.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a busy transformation function on an initial six-month contract. Working across multiple workstreams, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders & technology teams, ensuring requirements are captured, prioritised & successfully delivered. This is a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly, so you'll need to be comfortable managing change while maintaining momentum across several projects.

Key initiatives include a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 overhaul & upgrade, alongside wider platform & system transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse & document business requirements across multiple transformation projects.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams & third-party suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate workshops & requirements gathering sessions.
  • Produce high-quality business analysis documentation, including process maps, user stories & functional requirements.
  • Support Agile ceremonies & collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers & technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Identify risks, dependencies & opportunities for process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive Business Analysis experience within the specialist insurance sector.
  • Proven track record delivering business & technology transformation projects.
  • Strong experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrade or transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong Agile delivery experience with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills across both business & technical teams.
  • Experience working on claims transformation projects would be highly advantageous.

Additional Notes

  • Initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
  • Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the London office.
