The Situation

Our client, a leading international Specialty Insurer managing over 1.6 billion of premiums, combines over 135 years of expertise to deliver tailored risk management, insurance, and investment solutions worldwide.

Making the strategic decision to move away from a vendor model, they sought a permanent Application Support Analyst to take full responsibility for 50 applications within the business - someone personable and relationship-driven, yet technically skilled to manage the complex nature of these applications without external support.

The Challenge
