What is your proudest moment since joining Pioneer Search?

My proudest moment to date would have to be achieving my Q2 targets by Q1!

What do you enjoy the most about working at Pioneer Search?

The support. Nobody makes you feel stupid whenever you’re unsure or need to ask a question. Instead, the team will give you advice/tips.

What are you most looking forward to in the coming year with Pioneer Search?

Levelling up to the next stage of my career, taking on more responsibility whilst expanding my knowledge, building out my network and effectively changing peoples lives.

Go back to when you first joined Pioneer, what advice would you give yourself?

"Don’t be too harsh on yourself, you’re not going to be an expert straight away."

What key piece of advice would you give to a recruiter considering joining Pioneer Search?
