International Women's day 2025

This year’s campaign theme for International Women's Day 2025 is ‘Accelerate Action’ to emphasise the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality.
 
At the current rate of progress, it will take until 2158, which is roughly five generations from now, to reach full gender parity, according to data from the World Economic Forum. The theme calls for action to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create environments where all women are valued and respected.

In honour of International Women’s Day 2025, the Pioneer Search team have hand-picked 10 Inspirational women in IT within the Speciality Insurance Market to feature for their outstanding contribution to changing the industry they work in.
