Team Lead - MEMS Technology for Inertial Sensors

A Team Lead, to manage a team of 14 electronics engineers is required for a world leading consumer electronics business in Germany.

This company is not only a world leader but they are a trend setter developing technology for smartphones, smart glasses and wearables, right now due to their success they are rapidly growing to meet the demand from the wider consumer market. It is likely that you are using technology developed by this team now.

Working closely with the senior manager for Inertial Sensors, you will be responsible for management of team projects, tasks and goals for the production of Inertial Sensors like accelerometers and gyroscopes for smartphones and wearables. You can come from a highly technical background, ideally developing MEMS or ASICS for inertial sensors.

No prior leadership experience is required, however it would be advantageous if you have led certain projects and have a desire to motivate and lead a team and often speaking on behalf of the senior manager.

This is an exceptionally fast paced department with short yet highly complex project lifecycles enabling you to grow technically within a highly reputable business.

The working language is 100 percent English.


  • Electronics Experience working with Inertial sensors (IMUs) such as Accelerometers or Gyroscopes
  • Some leadership experience would be helpful
  • Reputable degree in Electrical Engineering
  • English language
