Team Assistant is needed for Pioneer Search a Technology Recruitment Consultancy to support the Operations Manager and the Sales Team of 12 on upcoming projects and the day to day running of the office.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in the corporate world in the City of London.
Team Assistant Responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- HR - setting up new starters, keeping track of staff holidays, employee birthdays
- Maintaining all social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
- Onboarding of new contractors, creating contracts and setting up background checks
- Liaising directly with contractors to collect and check all monthly timesheets and invoices
- Diary coordination of internal interviews
- Booking of internal monthly events
What are we looking for in you as a Team Assistant?
- Enthusiastic and proactive nature, someone who is keen to learn
- Previous customer service or retail/office experience
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficient computer skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sage
- A-Level educated
