Software Architect - Angular, NoSQL, RMDBS, AWS

Software Architect is needed for a global software house in London. They are looking for a technically astute individual to help run the re-platforming of one their largest products. This role will allow you to remain technically hands on whilst also providing strategy and insight to architectural decisions.

As the ideal candidate you will have a vast technical background in development where you have ideally worked on enterprise level software or platforms. Any further exposure to leading teams would be highly beneficial. Cloud experience is also vital as they work on products that are cloud scalable.

You will be an expert around data management technologies (RMDBS, NoSQL, Big Data) and have a sound understanding around cloud technologies.

For this role there will a focus of moving away of legacy technology. This is mainly focused around Microsoft technology (Angular, C#, SQL) so experience in this will be key. If you have directly re-platformed and deployed a product from start to finish you will be highly desirable.

Key Skills:

  • Focus around Microsoft stack, but knowledge on cross platform tech
  • Extensive experience on development of building enterprise level software
  • Experience of cloud technologies (Ideally AWS)
  • Strong architecture and designing skills
  • Product transformation
  • Financial Services experience (Beneficial)
  • Kafka would be ideal
