Service Desk - Legal Firm - Northampton/Remote - Permanent

Service Desk Analyst required for a Top 50 Law firm their Northampton office (3 days a week remote) on a permanent basis.

A great opportunity for a customer service orientated individual to continue their IT experience within a leading professional services environment.

The Role

• 1st and 2nd line support via Service Desk
• Co-ordinate escalation of problems
• Manage incident resolution
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer customers
• Assist with hardware moves and changes
• Responding to IT queries

Experience Required

• 6+ months experience within a similar role
• Strong IT systems and infrastructure knowledge
• Experience of support via a Service Desk
• Excellent Customer Service experience
