Service Desk / Infrastructure Analyst - Insurance - Permanent

I am currently working with a leading specialist insurer who are seeking a Service Desk Analyst for their London offices.

The role will require all good all-round blend of experience on both the technical and customer service side.

The Role

  • Maintain and control IT infrastructure
  • 1st and 2nd line desktop support
  • Troubleshooting of all IT issues
  • Documentation of IT assets and mobile devices
  • System performance monitoring
  • Identifying improvements to the IT service
  • Software and hardware rollouts

Required Experience

  • Two years of IT Support experience
  • Excellent understand of operating systems, practices and protocols
  • Experience with Microsoft Stack and Office 365
  • Exposure to Active Directory
  • PowerShell, Microsoft SCCM and financial services experience would be highly advantageous
  • CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications or equivalent are preferred
