Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst is required to support a leading Investment Management in City of London.

The main purpose of the role is to help resolve the majority of calls at the 1st line stage. You will have prior Technical Support experience in a corporate environment, be used to working across a telephone based service desk and resolving 1st line user incidents.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career within a leading Financial Services organisation.

Technical skills for the role ideally include;

  • MS Windows
  • AD, Exchange, Citrix, MS Office 2010, Windows 7 experience
  • VDI - Vmware View
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes - an ITIL certification is very desirable
  • Experience on Office 365
  • Skype for Business

Your previous experience will include;

  • ITIL framework adherence
  • Experience working for a Financial Services organisation or IT Service provider
  • Supporting user base of 450 users +
  • Proven track record of working to a high standard in a high-pressure environment
