Senior Business Analyst - Customer Channels, Salesforce, Banking, CRM, API

Senior Business Analyst is urgently required to join a rapidly growing FinTech in the heart of London.

My client, one of the fasted growing open banking platform providers in the UK, are looking for a Business Analyst with extensive experience on Salesforce to help shape a new financial services product which will be delivered directly to tier 1, tier 2 and challenger banks across the globe.

You will be working in a fully Agile environment with an organisation that are determined to change the way household banks operate.

Experience required:

  • Experience working as part of a completely agile team
  • Experience working directly with a bank building and/or configuring a CRM platform
  • Salesforce and/or Adobe Campaign Management exposure
  • 3-5 years' experience working in UK Retail, SME, digital banking, digital transformation, mobile banking, multi-channel and/or API channel environments
  • Direct experience launching a new financial services proposition direct to consumers
  • Experience working at a SaaS platform provider beneficial
  • Experience building a CRM platform from Day 0
  • Product Management experience beneficial
