Salesforce CRM Manager - Process Improvement, KYC, Client on-boarding, Asset Management, Wealth Management, FX Brokerage

Salesforce CRM Manager with a solid background enhancing Salesforce CRM systems in a medium sized Brokerage/ Asset Manager or a Private Bank/ Hedge Fund is urgently required to join a global Financial Services client in their London or Abu Dhabi office. This is a real opportunity for somebody who is looking to be integral in shaping the strategy of the CRM function within a hugely successful organisation.

Your role will involve taking overall ownership of the Salesforce CRM & designing and implementing the improvement plan with minimal supervision. you will be working alongside technical and non-technical project teams to achieve company change goals.

The following experience will be ideal:

  • Extensive experience managing CRM enhancements within a medium size Wealth/Asset Manager or Brokerage
  • Proven experience spearheading best practices & processes to enhance the offering of the Salesforce CRM across an organisation
  • Good knowledge of the full trade life-cycle including client onboarding, KYC checking and lead generation tools
  • You will be highly experienced at influencing C suite stakeholders, especially from the business side
  • Experience streamlining workflow processes through effective use of the existing CRM
  • Proven knowledge helping business stakeholders to realise the potential that the Salesforce CRM can bring
  • Experience working with systems that cover multiple geographies
