Pioneer Search has been engaged to recruit an exciting Product Owner opportunity for a leading provider of digital solutions to the healthcare industry. The company prides itself on its innovation and ambition as it pursues its mission to transform the way healthcare is delivered in the UK and abroad.

As Product Owner you will:

  • Work closely with the members of the technology team to assess, prioritise, and manage the delivery improvements in an agile environment
  • Help define and realise the product roadmap, working closely with the team through the full software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the domain, market, and technologies relevant to the business
  • Collaborate with the technology team in building a development backlog
  • Help manage the day-to-day/sprint-to-sprint activities of the technology team
  • Contribute to Product Management and Agile processes to optimise continuous improvement initiatives

The successful appointee will:

  • Have a strong technical background - experience of working in an Agile, product-lead environment with a key focus on user needs
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master would be highly advantageous
  • A user-first approach all activities
  • Ability to use data to adopt a knowledge-based approach to decision making
  • Excellent communication skills with an engaging and concise manner
