The Role

• 1st Line Support in a Windows environment (Hardware, software, mobile)
• Hardware setups and desk moves
• Onboarding new users
• Documentation
• Business and trading application support
• Escalating problems and issues

Experience Required

• Financial Services/Trade Floor experience is ideal
• Strong experience with Windows
• Ability to deal with internal stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and develop
