IT Support Analyst required for a Top 50 Law firm on a hybrid working basis on an intial 12-month FRC.

The Role

• Provide IT support for Various offices
• Manage 3rd line incidents
• On Call 1st line support
• Manage 3rd line support knowledge base
• Manage starter and leavers IT
• Support Service Desk to deliver on SLA's
• Attend London/South East offices a few times a month

Experienced Required

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience with Microsoft Stack
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• SCCM experience would be highly advantageous
