IT Support Analyst required for a Top 50 Law firm on a hybrid working basis on an intial 12-month FRC.
- Provide IT support for Various offices
- Manage 3rd line incidents
- On Call 1st line support
- Manage 3rd line support knowledge base
- Manage starter and leavers IT
- Support Service Desk to deliver on SLA's
- Attend London/South East offices a few times a month
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Stack
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- SCCM experience would be highly advantageous
