IT Service Delivery Manager - Permanent - London

FTSE 250 LLoyds market insurer seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for their London office.

You will be joining a business who are undergoing a progressive business transformation and who have a welcoming workplace culture.

This role will be a blended approach of office and home working.

The Role

• Be the point of escalation for senior internal stakeholders
• Team management including coaching of more junior members
• Define and improve the IT support strategy
• Reporting on performance of IT service delivery
• Ensure the ServiceNow ITSM tool is meeting the aims of the IT Department
• Ensure all IT policies and procedures are being followed
• Be a key influence on IT governance and standards

Required Experience

• Service Desk management experience
• Excellent all-round IT Service Delivery knowledge and expertise
• ITIL qualification or comparable professional experience
• Financial Services experience (ideally insurance)
• Experience implementing ITSM (ideally ServiceNow)
• Ability to consult and instruct senior internal stakeholders
