IT Project Manager

A Lloyds of London insurer are currently looking to hire an IT Project Manager to support with a range of technical projects the client is looking to deliver now and in the future. The client is a fast-growing specialist insurer who require an additional PM to join the team to meet the demands of the business.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver project management activities in line with best practice principles
• Control all project objectives to ensure effective delivery
• Effective stakeholder management to make sure project is delivered to time and budget
• Monitor and track the progress of projects, providing status updates as required to management
• Lead project workshops along with BAs and greater project teams ensuring entire project team is kept updated at every stage of delivery
• Manage and report on project risks and issues

Requisite Experience

• Must have worked as a Project Manager in a technical capacity for a minimum or 2 years
• Any kind of insurance experience is highly advantageous for this role, failing that, minimum of 2 years FS experience at the very least
• Strong stakeholder management skills
