HR Change Manager
Inside IR35 and fully remote
Senior People Change Manager is required to deliver a People first, bottom up IT departmental career and development strategy.
With approximately 2,000 people in IT working across multiple geographies the HR Change Manager will be responsible for helping a million billion Digital business design and deliver the future vision of what an IT career would look like in the business. The successful candidate with have a dual reporting line across the HR Director and CIO.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Deliver a complex people change strategy in a multiple location matrix management environment
- Develop a clear understanding of the current career runways for people in IT
- Ensure the business has a robust hire, develop and retain policy.
- Combined Change Management leader supporting from both an HR and CIO perspective
Requisite Experience
- C-suite previous reporting line.
- Career across HR and IT delivering people change.
- Recent Agile projects in a Digital business with a focus on B2C sales
