EUC Engineer required for a Lloyds Market insurer based in Leeds who are currently bringing all their IT infrastructure services in-house.

The Role

• Support Citrix Systems
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Performance improvements
• Maintain and run Windows servers in Citrix
• Vulnerability identification and remediation
• Support up to 5000 end users globally
• Project work where required
• On call work when required

Required Experience

• Experience with Citrix and VDI (Citrix Cloud / ZenApp)
• Desktop performance experience
• Experience troubleshooting in a windows environment
• Office 365 experience
• Scripting experience with PowerShell would be highly advantageous
