Endpoint Security Engineer - Permanent - Financial Services - London

Endpoint Security Engineer is urgently needed by a leading Digital Finance giant.

My client, a well-known Tech-led Finance customer are experiencing growth within their security team due to on-going technology transformation. You will be an experienced and motivated Security Engineer with a focus on Endpoint technologies and products. You will be responsible for delivering suitable endpoint solutions and be on hand to manage all operational issues relating to tools and systems.

A massive opportunity for someone to step into a high-performing team and take on significant challenges to better the organisation's security posture.

Location - Hybrid working model - 50% office, 50% remote.

Role:

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise for design and implementation of Endpoint Anti Virus, EDR and Application Control.
• Set up environments in Cloud - AWS or GCP
• Variety of Endpoint implementations
• Work within a Security Engineering team and collaborate on Design, implementation, support and suggestions on product selection and decisions on new tech
• Must show deep technical understanding of security systems

Technical experience/Knowledge

• implementing endpoint and network security solutions in an enterprise - Tanium, CarbonBlack etc
• Windows/Linux/Mac OS
• TCP/IP network fundamentals.
• PCI/DSS and its technical controls.
• Cyber Security Operations and Incident Response processes.
• Certifications: Cloud related, CISSP, SSCP, GIAC. OSCP etc
