CRM Analyst - ESP, Python, SQL, HTML CSS, CTR, CRM
This is a chance for a CRM Analyst with experience in CRM marketing to help develop and execute the CRM strategy, this particular role with an extremely well-established marketing leader.
This company is leading within the marketing industry helping the way in which brands interact, engage and maintain relationships with their customer base. This is a unique role as it will be used to expand into other forms of direct communication including push, in-app and on-site marketing initiatives.
As CRM analyst you will communicate insights to the team backed by data analysis, collaborate with marketing team and deliver against revenue-driven goals such as CTR, open rates, incremental revenue lift and engagement and retention. You will also develop performance reports for brand marketing, campaigns and special projects and analyse the results of these to improve engagement. This role really offer the individual to contribute to brainstorm projects and partner various teams across product, engineering and analytics to optimise customer relations.
Minimum of 2 year's experience with marketing Knowledge of overall email processes and ESP platforms
Knowledge of Python and SQL; HTML and CSS is a plus
Operations-minded, hands-on execution of CRM cross-messaging channels
Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited time frame and to establish trust and maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally in the organisation
Excellent communication skills in English
