Pioneer Search are hiring! We are currently looking for a Client Success Manager to join us here at Pioneer Search to focus on client success via account development and new client acquisition in EMEA. If you enjoy building long-term relationships, networking and working with pretty cool people then this role might be for you!

We have 6 core sectors; Business Change, Cyber Security, MedTech, Data Science, Technology, and Electronics. Our primary mandate at Pioneer Search has always been to be offer more than just a CV machine to our clients and to be the trusted advisor to our candidates. This is something we continued to do throughout 2020 and as we come out the other side as a strong team with fantastic client and candidate relationships, we are looking into 2021 now…
We know that clients are now planning for 2021 and we are still in a candidate short market-place, we are looking to win business and grow our candidate base with ambitious individuals! We'd like you to join us in driving Pioneer Search forwards into 2021!

What is the job of the Client Success Manager?
- Account Director & Business Development
- Networking at industry events, seminars to build strategic long-term relationships
- RFP & RFI Proposal writing for FinTech & Insurance sectors
- Leadership and oversite of client delivery
What are we looking for in you as our Client Success Manager?
- 3+ years Technology or Change recruitment experience
- Experience of both Client Management and Business Development
- Enterprising approach to networking and client acquisition
- Someone that likes to build and work with a team
- Leadership potential

- Workspace budget: We will provide you with a budget of £250 to kit out your own office space at home
- No threshold commission: We pay up to 30% on contract and permanent
- Co-working membership - Don't have a space to work from home? We will offer you a budget of £600per year for a membership at a co-working space near your home
- Company laptop: To make sure you can work from home we will buy you a new laptop which will be set up for you from day one

We have a database of over 2000 clients and leads on our database ripe for the picking. We just need you to be ambitious enough to go after them! If you're successful, Pioneer is successful
