Business Process Analyst
Business Process Analyst is required to join a global Insurer and drive process improvements across the customer service arms of business.
My client are looking for a Business Process Analyst to analyse the current state of their Call Centre/ Customer Service Centre function and deliver process improvement across the business. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained across current and newly acquired businesses.
Key Skills/ Experience Required:
- Proven background in successful delivery of process improvements
- Understanding of process automation techniques
- A full understanding of how contact and call centres operate
- Experience in the full project life-cycle from various methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
