Business Analyst - Customer Onboarding, FinTech, Agile, API's, Cloud, Retail banking.

Business Analyst is required to collaborate across multiple feature teams, gaining full exposure within one of the UK's fastest growing FinTech's.

This is an opportunity to be a part of a journey that will change the banking platform services forever. Working within an organisation formed by an ex CEO from one of the leading Tier 1 UK banks, supported by a CTO from one of the leading global technology companies.


  • Contribute to the design of the product and roadmap using prior onboarding experience.
  • Working closely with the product owner, shaping the roadmap design and creation of the product backlog.
  • Create user stories and epics.
  • Collaborate with 3rd parties to ensure effective product delivery.
  • Facilitate SME discussions, applying your domain experience where necessary.


  • Over 3 years of experience in digital onboarding as a Business Analyst is essential (within the retail sector is desirable).
  • Experience working with agile processes and the associated tools (preferably JIRA and Confluence).
  • Strong level of technical exposure to micro-service platform architectures and the specifications (API contracts and Back-end services).
  • In depth knowledge of account opening processes and onboarding, and the associated risk and regulations processes involved (such as KYB and KYC).
  • Knowledge of the Australian banking market is highly desirable.
