• 1st Line Support
• Replacing Hard Disks
• Device Profiling
• ServiceNow Call Logging
• Stock and Asset Management
• Laptop and Desktop imaging
• iOS device management

Required Experience

• 2+ years of 1st line support experience
• Customer serviced focused
• Exposure or knowledge of Active Directory
• Ability to work with non-IT staff members
